In creating my menus, I am working towards using even more fresh veggies from Farmer's Market as well buying organic foods. Basically, I am trying to even adjust more from using processed foods and using more whole foods. Some of the recipes I have included, I will probably adjust a little bit here and there to some of these recipes.
