Things I wanna make: Food Edition Sweet Treats

On my list of things I want to make someday in the future....my list is growing....here are a few that are on it. When I make these things, I will be sure to write a review.



1. Sweet Corn Ice-cream
It sounds so interesting and weird. I think I saw this made on a TV show one time or another...and then I read this blog post about it and it reminded me that I want to try it some time.











2. Finnish Fruit Tart
In my quest of looking at tart recipes, I stumbled across this recipe. Oh my...it looks soooo good! So, I am eager to try it. The only thing I need is a tart pan. Why don't I have a tart pan???

    I have a tart pan (at least I think it is) you can use (have). I'll bring it down when I come. Then you can make the delicious looking tart, as long as I can have a taste!

    I have a really close friend who is a french chef and she made a sweet corn ice cream for us for a church social -- best ice cream I've had in a Long Long time! She made the whole thing in an automatice ice cream maker like you can buy at Walmart or wherever -- turned out sooooo creamy and smooth! Definitely try that one soon!
