I just don't know how they do it? To be honest, I am a little jealous. I try to do it and I only last for about 30 seconds. Really. 30 seconds. Sad. I know.
It is very cool that they can do this... I cheer them on in hopes that I can maybe one day join in their enthusiasm. I suppose a little bit at a little time, I just might make a little a lot more.

He has been running and has figured out all the technicalities of it. He ran a 5k...and let me tell you he RAN to whole way. Go Jered!
