It has been a few week since I have posted my menu ---I suppose that Easter and Rosalia's Dedication kept me busy and unable to really plan menus. But, I am back and ready to eat!
This week I am trying quite a few new recipes....they look delicious and not too difficult (let's hope it pans out to be delicious and easy to make.)
Stay tuned for a post coming soon about what I use to help with my menu planning.
Hope your week is blessed and healthy. ~ Bella

Sauteed Cod with Creamed Corn and Summer Succotash
Crusty Bread
Brown Rice Medley

Watermelon

Scrumptious Shrimp w/ Artichokes over Brie Cheese & Roasted Garlic Raviolis
I will be using frozen artichokes from Trader Joes instead of canned.
Green Salad

Couscous with Apsaragus and Toasted Pistachio Viniaigrette
Fruit Salad

Chips & Dip
Yum, everything looks so good. Thanks for sharing.

The shrimp with artichokes looks fantastic. . . and I have the ingredients in my freezer and fridge. I'm going to have to hold on to that one for next week!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!
