Fall Into Reading Challenge

I love this challenge! As most of you know, I have mentioned in the past that I have wanted to get back into reading more often! Well, I started off with my reading fairly well, but then I got quite sidetracked from the pregnancy, two kids, a darling husband, and a to-do project list a mile long.

Since I am still in the midst of pregnancy and expecting in about 2 months, I don't have much time for reading. So my reading list will be rather small and practical for me right now in this stage of my life.

Katrina from Callapidder Days
is encouraging us to set some reading goals and then do our best to meet them. So if you're a reader, post your plans and go link your post at Katrina's place.

Here is my reading list:

Peace Like A River, by Leif Enger

I started reading this awhile ago and I would like to finish this book up! It is a great book so far and I am anxious to pick it up again and read!

BabyWise

I have read this book several times, but I think I need a refresher read for this next baby!

Reading with the Girls:

I am also wanting to read even more with my girls. I signed Lydia and I up for a reading class at the YMCA once a week. She likes it. There is story time, crafts, and songs each week. We bring home a bag of books to read during the week. This perfect for me and my little 2 year old!

With Sophia we are planning to finish reading: Anne of Green Gables. The classic starts series is wonderful selection of books that makes it easier for a younger mind to comprehend the story line.

We will then begin reading "The Bobbsey Twins on a Houseboat"

  3. Yes, having little ones around sure makes it hard to get much reading done! I'm glad you decided to join the challenge, and try to read some books anyway. Enjoy!
